“Incredibly helpful. I was broken down on I-20 towing a small camper, the three towing companies my insurance company scheduled couldn't tow both. I called Wards on my own and within 10 minutes Ray was on the road to help. He loaded my vehicle on the truck and then hooked up the trailer and hauled both to the shop. Efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful”
“If you are looking to start a carrier working on the river, this is a great place. YRT has a development structure that you are able to move up quickly as long as you work hard and learn you job skills.”

“Wow! Excellent experience, exceptional service, & nice folks.
My Civic starter went out. I called them early in the morning & got it towed from in town ($50, but $100 if not using them for repair). I met them at the car to sign some paperwork, it got towed. I called to check up on the starter replacement, and it was done within 2hrs of it being picked up.
I ran by to pay before they closed, and they allowed me to leave my car outside in their parking lot so I could pick it up at a later time.
They gave me the quote/estimate before the tow and it ended up being exactly that price. It was actually cheaper if paying in cash.
Highly recommend! 💯”
