“My car had been having a very rough start for a few days. I took my car here for an oil change late in the afternoon and mentioned the rough start to Doug. He tried to start the car and noticed the same thing. I was convinced it was my starter but Doug recommended he keep the car overnight and check some things. He went ahead and quoted me on my starter so that I would have an idea of what the repair would cost. Doug called first thing the next morning and let me know that they tested my starter and it was fine. The culprit was my battery. Doug testing this for me saved me over 300 dollars vs what a new starter would have been. This location will have my business as long as I live here!”

“Highly recommend this shop! They are ALL fast, helpful, and courteous. Stopped in to get my tire plugged thanks to Memphis's roads, I asked a question to one of the crew members regarding a different issue I was having with my car. The owner heard and immediately came over and explained in detail what the problem was, what I needed to buy, and ways to save money on the parts. Very kind and informative. I will be returning soon to get the issue fixed from him. Tire was plugged today in less than 10 minutes and only cost $10.”

“The customer service provided from the moment I arrived at Joe Hudson’s Collision Center (formerly Millennium) was EXEMPLARY!!
I was immediately greeted by Sam & Jimmy and their energies assured me that my TWO WEEK OLD, straight from Gunma Japan “baby girl” would be in great hands.
What I wasn’t prepared for was the voice message from Jimmy approximately 30 hrs later that “baby girl” was ready for pick-up!
Earlier that morning I received a text stating that she would be ready in 21 days (Sam & Jimmy advised from the beginning that unless the text(s) came from one of them that it was just a standard text & to take with a grain of salt) so of course I was very skeptical.
My god-daughter (a former Air Force aviator) who had never seen the damages (deep scrapes to the passenger side - rear corner bumper) caused by an unknown source couldn’t tell where the damages were; the color match and the repair itself were seamless! Exactly as it did when I took ownership from the dealership!
Please trust this review, I am an extreme NOCD (neurotic OCD) person and I would have seen the most obscure irregularity in the quality of work, as well as picked up on any insincere energies from the staff.
Only TIME will reveal if my complete trust and satisfaction is warranted, however for now I definitely recommend Joe Hudson’s Collision Center for your auto body needs!”

“Six Six Two Tire, set the bar, in knowledge and customer service. Called told him what I wanted, made the recommendation, and I ordered them. Went Monday(today) to install, Paul looks at me and said you really don't need tires. Who does that anymore, I said go ahead and put them on. Fast service. Paul, Jerry, and crew, are stand up people. “I work for an insurance agency and one of my clients called me about an accident that left his car disabled. He called the insurance carrier I had put him with and they were arranging his vehicle to be towed to the Subaru dealer. 3 days went by however and no tow truck showed up and he was upset.
