“People like Mr.Auburn are the reason I’ll always be an AutoZone customer. I searched high and low for a Engine Oil Pump Flow Control Valve jumper, however GM and everyone else told me they either didn’t sell it, wouldn’t take the time to see what I was asking for, or it wouldn’t be here until Wednesday of next week. Mr. Auburn helped me find and order the correct part that will be here in less than 24 hours and will allow me to get my truck back on the road a lot sooner than anyone else would have. This was also 3 minutes to close even though I was unaware they were close to closing he still answered the phone and helped to the best of his ability.”
