“Purchased a dishwasher on the website and paid for haul away of old appliance. The delivery crew dropped the new appliance off and told my with "we don't do installs" and left. The did not haul away the old appliance as they were paid to do. They'll take your money and refuse to provide the service you paid for.”

“The sales person's were very helpful . The unit does a good job. My concerns is installation was paid for . Said all units standard size, take one out put new one in. During installation, the old unit was difficult to pull out. This new unit was a half inch larger. Could hardly get the unit part way in. Installer said we need a custom installation. Twice the cost. He would not give us the time to widen the cabinet space. The unit is not installed correctly. It sticks out a couple of inches. It is so jammed into the space, the unit will be difficult to pull out. Very disappointed with the install and information given”
