Every person I talked with was kind, they got the prescription before I could drive across the street and had it filled in about 35min. Clear communication and they could explain everything going on with where in the process I was and how insurance was impacting me. Night and day difference from next door.

The pharmacy is a madhouse sometimes and I've seen them running over each other getting orders filled as quick as possible, so the wait on hold issues are understandable.
