“My wife and I had stopped at Lowe's on HWY 45 in West Point Mississippi our battery went completely dead called autozone, spoke to Kia. She brought me a brand new battery and the tools to replace it. And waited for me to replace it out. She was an extraordinarily pleasant person and an outstanding employee. She went up and above what she had to do. We are a autozone customer for life.”
