“Friendly and super helpful staff. Bed not comfortable at all but it's a budget friendly hotel, so was not expecting the best. Tub drainage was slow, fridge didn't work, and they did not have free breakfast or any breakfast as advertised. 4 stars for availability, price, staff and cleanliness.”

“*update after response from owner- I did call, again they refused to honor despite over 7 days notice ahead timeBEWARE!!!! I was charged the full amount to stay here even though I cancelled over a week in advance. They refuse to assist or honor their cancellation policy.”

“Pros:: good location next to mossy oak and for driving through West Point. Staff helped with my forgotten toothbrush and were very accommodating in the morning when I forgot my key. Bathroom and room were clean and without mold.Encouragements:: a higher quality yogurt with less sugar would be a great addition at breakfast. Also, there was no soap in the dispenser of my shower, and there was no soap in the first floor public bathroom.”
