“Diesel has been 3.39 gal. Stop is easy to get to from I-55 NB/SB. Only one Diesel pump open currently, second Diesel pump is for Car/Pickup Trucks only. Place is not well maintained but it looks like there is progress in that effort. Has a Liquor store and a huge truck parking area. Don't know about the food. Place is really only a three star establishment, but Diesel is $1.00 / .50 cents cheaper then the other stops (so that gets an extra star) and I have never had a problem with fuel quality.”

“Was passing through from out of town and there’s some kittens at this shell gas station in Durant MS. Anyone local to there and might be able to help? They were young and so scared. Would have come up to me if I had food they’re just skiddish. They were hiding under cars and I’m so afraid they’ll get hit ?
I understand there’s adult cats that are outdoor cats but these are kittens and I just don’t wanna see them get hurt.

“They have spruced up and look a little better. Kristy Krunch Chicken is pretty good. Covered gas pumps. Bags of ice are inside. Loitering problem, there are signs saying police enforced.”

“Place reminds of how things were when I started truckin many years ago. It ain’t much to look at. Don’t stop here expecting sparkling amenities amongst pomp and circumstance. If you’re looking for a darned good burger and a quiet place to park for the night, this is it. Friendly dude running the place. Seems to be well liked by his regular customers. Store is relatively clean and well stocked. Prices on food and store items very reasonable. Room for about a dozen trucks in a smooth dirt lot.
Keep up the good work. It’s truly appreciated.”
