“Had to opportunity to visit the Affton location (usually I utilize the Maplewood location) and was pleasantly surprised at how Citizens manages to continue the personal and great service across all their locations. As always, they made my life a bit easier and got me in and out fast! “I just went thru the drive thru to deposit a check. It has been a while that I actually went inside to do any business. That experience was less than satisfactory when there were few to wait on people and we all stood around until a rep could take care of us.However, this Fall I went to the Big Bend Commerce to get Eruo's for a trip to Italy. That rep was very helpful and gave good suggestions.”
