Highly recommend Nina, but work on “front of house” service. The bank is very clean and spacious inside, located off of a busy street (Lockwood).”

“The staff here are extremely professional and friendly. They have always been helpful. I have been a customer for over a decade and they know me by name, I'm sure I'm not the only one. After hour deposits are always handled in a timely manner and I can rest easy if on a busy schedule that I don't need to deposit money during operation hours to get my money. I know that any questions I have on the phone will be taken care of and I have never felt rushed to get off the phone. They are a smaller operation in Saint Louis, but the professionalism is on par, if not better, than nation wide chains.”

“Worked with Danny on a HELOC and everything was so smooth and easy-to-understand! He went through all of the options available for me to fund a few home repairs. This was all new to me so I appreciated his patience and ability to explain every step of the process. Everything cleared through quickly and he kept me informed of what was going on.
