“I’ve been going to 123 Auto for several years after trying several mechanics around STL and always feeling like some of the “recommended” items were bogus. I’ve never felt that way here. I was prompted to write this review after a recent service visit in which they were investigating a transmission issue with my vehicle. After pulling the service code, they informed me that the repair would be several thousand dollars but that if I went to the dealer it was covered by a technical service bulletin and had an extended warranty that would cover the cost in full if done by the dealer. I would never have known that and they saved me all that cost with no benefit to them. I’m now a customer for life here”
“We had an amazing experience working with LaTwuanna Troupe as well as Daniel Mooney and Ron Holland. My husband did most of the talking and had pretty much everything ready to go when I got off work. They took the time to answer ALL of our questions including why Enterprise Car Sales differs from other used car sales companies. We ordered car mats through them (since they don't typically come with them) and had to come back to pick those up, but they helped us install them once they arrived. Our car title came in the mail maybe two weeks after we picked up the car and they were very helpful with any questions we had after the fact. Great experience both purchasing and renting from this location!”

“I bought a red mitsubishi outlander sport. I loved my car had it for a year and a half my engine died out on me. They were kind enough to accept it as a trade and work hard to help me get financing for the vehicle I am looking to get. I am hoping to hear from them tomorrow or Friday to see if the credit union they use will be open to financing with me. I know that the cars are crammed on the lot and some even have cob webs but it's not because they are a bad dealership it's because not many people know about them but depending on what happens this week I will for sure be directing people their way. I believe they are honest people who don't just want your money they want honest business and lasting client relationships. If you communicate and are respectful you will get what you put out.”

“I was helping my granddaughter buy her first car. After months of looking I saw a vehicle on Facebook. I asked if the vehicle was still available and got an immediate response. I took her to look at the vehicle at XClusive Auto Sales. There were actually quite a few nice clean affordable vehicles on the lot. The owners; Raza and his brother Ali were “wonderful” to work with. Raza showed us many cars and ran the carfax on each one and showed us the results. Raza also informed us of certain factory defects on certain model years. He encouraged us to test drive any vehicle but never pressured us. Once we decided on a vehicle; he quickly got the safety and emissions done and all the paperwork. He offered us water while we waited for his crew to quickly wash the car. I joked that I wished someone would wash my big oversized vehicle and Raza said if I had the time he would do it! And he did! I also had new plates for my vehicle and Ali put those for me. I highly recommend XClusive Auto Sales. Raza and Ali are an incredible team! Friendly and honest.”

I let james and the owner shawn know about my concerns they had me bring it back and gave me a full refund of my deposit. Shawn even offer to be looking for something else when he is looking for cars for his lot. For a first time car buyer from a dealer I could not have asked for a better experince and the fact that they did right by me means I will be buying from them in the future.”
