“Friday 11/15/24 I ordered 2 pizzas for pick up at 5:45 PM. I used my Casey's Rewards to pay for the pizza. When my kids arrived to pick up the food, they were given the wrong order by mistake. I don't live in Drexel so I did not try to get the problem resolved until Tuesday 11/19/24. I called Casey's and explained to them what had happened. The kind lady that I spoke to said she remembered the event and they made the correct order and I was able to pick it up on my way home. I know errors occur, but because they fixed it with no problems, I will continue to be a HAPPY customer. Great Customer service Drexel Casey's! Thank so much!!!”

“The only thing better than their BRATS is the customer service and their knowledge. We made a decision to try all of the brands but they keep adding new brands so our work is cut out for us. Another thing we really like is that with the popular flavors they also have a spicy one available. Pineapple & Jalapeño. Not an expert but ate Brats in at least 10 states best ever are right here little bit south of kcmo are. Bring your cooler.”
