AutoZone Jeffco Rd in Arnold MO is a leading retailer of auto parts, new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and car accessories. Customers commend excellent customer service skills and professional helpful guys. The trip was a hassle that two parts were wrong, but the store returned the items and give the correct parts. The guys are friendly, patient and help walk customers to the accessories location, help put a headlight in a car and explain returns expeditiously. The store is cleanliness, professionalism and checkout experience. Customers will definitely be back for automotive needs and give five stars for the service and experience.
Was given an incorrect part due to listing on computer catalog. Won't take back because electrical are not refundable, only exchange, but their computer only shows the wrong one.

This place very good care of us. Any time we need anything for our shop, every person on the commercial side will do everything they can to help us out. These guys and gals are professional and knowledgeable too. They are my number 1 call in arnold for commercial. Plain and simple.

Answered my questions respectfully and helped me find what I needed. Gave me options of cheap, in between and high quality bulbs instead of just saying buy this one. Matthew also helped by changing my headlight in the parking lot.
