“After a deer decided to commit suicide on my Toyota Camry I needed a body shop with quick turn around time around Christmas. Every other body shop told me it’d be January before they could get to it. I called Jennifer at Counts. I got nothing but excelsior customer service from her and the body shop in general. I dropped it off and they had it complete and gorgeous again within a week and a half. I got it back and it looked so good and a very thorough and quality repair job. This place is very recommended for all your auto bodywork needs. It’s a small hometown body shop but amazing quality work!”

“Stopped in to have an oil change done. When we went back to pick up the vehicle that had a low tire we had just bought the tires from another location, not Walmart. I went inside and asked them about it. They immediately pulled it back in to check what the problem was. They were used tires that we bought and one had a plug in it already that was leaking. Walmart said they would fix it. No problem. No questions asked for free. I told them I would take it back and get a different tire from where I bought it”
