“I go to the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Arnold, MO pretty regularly, and every time I walk in, the team is helpful and easy to work with.
I especially want to give a shout out to Barb. She’s always friendly, patient, and takes the time to make sure I understand what I’m getting. Tim is great too, super knowledgeable and quick to help without making you feel rushed. And the store manager has clearly built a solid team. You can tell everyone works well together and actually cares about helping customers.
It’s just a consistently good experience. No pressure, no attitude, just people who know what they’re doing and are willing to help. Definitely my go-to spot.”

“My husband and I were headed home after a trip when our car quit on us on Hwy 40 at exit #25 toward 270 S. We sat on the shoulder for 3 hours waiting for roadside assistance during rush hour in excessive heat. When we finally made it to the Richardson Road store, we were lucky enough to meet Andrea who really knows her stuff! She did a battery, starter, and alternator checks. She found our issue and could not have been more helpful! This young lady is manager material because she is a Pro at customer service! Thank you Andrea. (We did make it all the way home that night)”
