“Excellent customer service. Finding how to get into the bank parking lot caused some difficulty. They were very busy at the time I arrived (I didn't have an appointment or time slot for my arrival). The office was short personnel which caused a 15-20 minute wait to complete opening my new account. But again, excellent customer service and I accomplished my goal.”

Asking for callback, we'll they never call back. Guess it's my fault because literally every time I call whatever time of the day it is, I'm calling during heave call volume time lol”

“The girls at work there were very nice and understanding. I went with my brother to meet his soon-to-be ex-wife to sign a check for him. They thought she was out of her mind. LOL! They wouldn't be wrong. Because I was with my brother to make sure he didn't say or do anything that she could say he did and didn't do I was there as a witness and she asked me why I'm with him all the time and my dating my own brother always she's so funny haha she's a narcissist. She stinks really bad too. Sorry I just had to tell you I hope it didn't stink the bank up.”

“Always a great service oriented staff regardless of the branch! Have used PNC for non-profit, personal, mortgage, checking and money market. Rates on savings, like other banks, are low and horrible, but the staff is creative to solve problems when I've needed to move money fast. In recent years, they've instituted more and more fees, but PNC has great fee free programs for credit worthy customers. Been with them for years, National City and Allegent before PNC, different branches and even in different states.”

But, now that she is not there anymore or that I come on days that she doesn't work there. I feel better. This is pretty much the only drive-thru US Bank in Arnold & it's on the way to the Rec. Center & other grocery stores.”

“I visited the Arnold branch needing assistance with my Grandfather's accounts. My interactions with branch manager, Codi Bishop, have always been great. She is extremely patient and I never feel rushed when I meet with her. She's responsive to email inquiries and when she was unable to get answers immediately she provided contact information for those I could follow-up with while she was out of office. Customer service from the tellers at this location has also been top notch.”

“Love the people at Arnold. People who are complaining on here don't even bank with them....so go to your own bank and complain! BOA's technology is awesome, so I rarely ever step foot inside the actual bank, but when I do, I make an appointment. I get in and out! The lady managers are awesome!!”
