Walked in at 4:06 pm to open a savings account for my sons. Kevin Rugen-Jackson turned us away because it was too close to closing time and he “would have preferred to do this at 4 pm.” I’ve never had problems with US Bank and I will continue to bank with them, but I am definitely discouraged going into the Arnold... read full comment
