$260 is missing from my account can't talk to anyone and when I try to use self service it said my pin was wrong blocked my account guess I'll wait 8 hours for it to be convenient for them to provide any customers assistance

Been a customer for years, so many issues. Finally moving away from them since the virtual tellers. Do not trust this bank to put your money!! So many charges that should never be charged.! Horrible bank

I have been a customer for 33 years always helpful and niceeven when someone stole one of my checks they helped me get all my money back this is a great bank
