Went into GameStop to look around and my FIVE YEAR OLD SON had to use the bathroom and I asked the guy with glasses if I could take him to the restroom and he told me since they have consoles back there that customers aren’t allowed to use the restroom. I asked him if he thought I was a thief and he just looked at me and told me he couldn’t let us go back there. I said out loud to my family of four, “c’mon, we’re leaving!” We won’t return to this GameStop location ever again. He could’ve walked us back there and waited to ensure the consoles were still in place before and after. He needs more customer service experience. Good luck with that employee.

Surprisingly not a bad experience. I went in with a friend that was looking for Skyrim for the Switch. They didn’t have it but I left with 6 items on clearance. The lady working there that day was very polite and helpful. I just forgot to get her name.

All these game stores are out to steal from the rich and rob the poor. Don't trade your games in unless you love to leave money on the table. The selection really isn't that good, go to Walmart for a better selection and prices but they don't have any clue. If you want to know whatca game is all about go to game stop.
