A quiet little place but the city of Arnold won’t issue permits to remove the older trailers…Sad how the government works against folks..they may all need to move in a year..

I have lived here for 10 yrs has it's ups n down and a big turnover in management but the manager we have now Sue she's a good manager but she's not the one to fix our lights I've lived here for 10 years and we have had lights 2 yrs I have children living with me and they can't even walk around the park because it's pitch dark.

Have a childhood friend who lives here in this park . She says it is always nice and quite .When I visit I notice that this is a small little community ,with well kept yards .Not that I have children to utilize it, but I have notice there is a great little play area for entertaining the kiddos .Nice to see what seems to be a nice little community, that is a great place available in the heart of Arnold, for those who choose for whatever reason, to call a mobile home. .. home .Props to the residents for taking pride in their community .

For a mobile home community in the middle of Arnold I'm surprised it is still here The manager is very active , they do a great job keeping it looking nice and tidy .

The property manager is awesome! She's friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. The place is small but charming and neighbors seem friendly!
