She was so accommodating and made the process painless.
It was amazing because she was by herself.
We had set up vaccination appointments three weeks ago to have them done at another CVS.
When we arrived the Staff member told us they were canceled since they were backed up?
They had three employees working.
Noone was waiting to get vaccinated and there were only two people picking up prescriptions.
Addison knows how to take care of Customers.

“Not for covid testing if you've changed your last name at any point. Had to retest to get the correct name on the report as it appears beyond anyone's capabilities to correct the name on a medical record. Was told to come back with results for a corrected report, then waited 30 minutes to be told they couldn't correct it and I would have to retest. Then rather than allowing to step into a room with someone, i had to go through the drive through waiting another 30 minutes for the test. Ridiculous and unnecessary. Even so, they could have just scheduled me for another appointment at the same time once i told them the incorrect name would be an issue for travel. It could have been resolved this morning. Arghhhh”

“Neighborhood location, come here frequently. Usually low-staffed but well stocked and easy to get in and out. Have issues with the ad format going away on the app, it makes it much more difficult to see what is/will be on sale without searching item by item. I wish they would bring back in-store flyer ads and have the pdf format on the app.”

“This Walgreens needs more staff, they are overloaded with demand and understaffed. I can see it when I go in, are when I’m in line for 25 min. The management need to step in and do something about this. Not just for the PT that come in for their prescription, but they need to do something to help their own people their own staff. The staff is overwhelmed.The only reason I give 5⭐️ is for the staff that shows up does everything they can for us. Thank you for your time.”

“Always clean and well stocked. I came specifically for the Gooey Butter Cake, they have a great St. Louis Made setup there. I always get in and out quickly. The employees are friendly and fast. Their deli is always clean and I get service quickly, it's also very well stocked. I really like this store!”
