Made an appointment to get blood work done. My appointment was at 8:30 and I was seen at 8:00. Never in my life have I been early for an appointment and the provider was able to see me early despite the full waiting room. Dianne who drew my blood was very compassionate.

Check in was easy. Michael was Awesome when he did my daughter's blood work. He eased her fears with a comforting approach. He definitely deserves 50 million stars! There should be more like him. Thank you Michael

I showed up at 10am as a walk in and signed in and the kiosk advised it would be 30 to 60 minutes as a walk in which was fine with me at the Arnold MO location. Then it said to watch the waitlist on the TV and when I looked at the TV it stated that the wait list is not working. I had to use the restroom and when the worker opened the door, I asked if I could use the restroom and she rolled her eyes at me and said sternly Down the hall on the right. Then I sat patiently for 2 hours and finally I knocked on the door several times to tell them I had to leave for another appointment and take me off the list. No one came to the door so I left and then I called to let them know and got nothing but a recording response. I went online to actually schedule an appt for 2pm for That same day. I arrived back at the location and went to check and the kiosk said No appointment can be found. I sat and waited for anyone to open the door. Finally a worker opened the door and I told her my situation and she said I saw you here earlier right and I said yes and they deleted me out of the system for both appointments. Luckily a lady named Sharon took me to get my blood work. I will never go back there again,

Glad you can now make appointments with Quest rather than first come first served like it was before!

I was very impressed by the help I received from Jamesha. She was kind, helpful and persistent to solve a problem with my Dr’s order. I went to quest with the understanding that my Dr had sent in a lab request to them. He emailed the order to me, but did not send it to quest. The codes he used were not the same codes used by Quest (they are used by Labcor). So the Quest computer brought up about 30 tests to choose from. I was able call my Dr and she spoke with him and was able to get the order corrected. By her actions, she made me feel “cared for” and I appreciate that very much.

Staff is always friendly, appointment times are generally right on time, if not they always give updates to the lobby.

You can't ever get ahold of a person. It's all automated. My grandson had labs on1/4/24 and as of today 2/26 still no results have been sent to his ordering physician. I don't like doing business thrre
