“After a horrible experience at the oakville location trying to make a return on 5/3/26 I immediately went to the Arnold store, quietly asked for a manager, showed her the clothes with tags and a receipt, explained how I was horribly treated by the other store manager who accused me of wearing & refusing the refund. After hearing my story and examining the clothes, they apologized profusely and gave me a refund. I even showed them all the receipts I had over the past 2 weeks showing how much money I had spent in both stores. They couldn’t believe the oakville store would not return my items, apologized profusely and commented how polite I was even though I was very upset with my experience at the other store. All the employees at the Arnold store were so nice and gave me so much respect and excellent costumer service… this was retail at its best … I’ll be spending my money here as I’m a weekly shopper!”
