“I had an outstanding experience working with Ben while being fitted for my first suit. From the moment I walked in, Ben carried himself with the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail you would expect from a truly high-end tailor. Since this was my first suit, I was not completely sure what to expect, but he made the entire process feel comfortable, refined, and personal.
Ben took the time to walk me through the fit, the details, and the overall look, making sure everything came together the right way. His eye for detail was immediately clear. He noticed things I never would have thought about and made adjustments that completely elevated the suit. Nothing felt rushed, and it was obvious that he takes real pride in his craft.

There was a greeting as soon as I walked in the shop and I was smiling as I left. No complaints at all. I wish all shops had this positive of an experience. Will continue to shop there, and I tell people this location is better than some others I've been to in the area. They are super personable and really try to connect with the clients. Love this location the most. It's always clean, and they are super diligent about making sure sales items are marked correctly. Kate was so helpful and friendly, it was actually enjoyable to have her help me. As a V.P. of Customer Relations myself, I can tell you that Kate is an incredible asset to the Tommy Bahama brand, and the perfect example of what a company and a customer would want their shopping experience to be like. LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. “I’ve been going here for a month now and I love it!!!! I specifically recommend Holly S as an instructor if you prefer hands on. She consistently helps me with my posture and will help me fix things I had no idea I was doing wrong! I feel like I get the best out of my workout when with her. (I’ve only tried 3 instructors, all wonderful, just really enjoy how holly runs her classes)! Even early in the morning, she is ready to go and motivating. I started Pure Barre with the intentions of learning more about my body, improving my posture, and finding an exercise that fits for me and I finally found something! It’s challenging but rewarding. It’s also helping me increase my social circle as I recently moved to the city! Thank you pure barre!”
