“Huge thanks to Dominic at AUTOZONE #6058 in Columbia, Mo. He helped me put in a headlight bulb today, even though I hadn't purchased it there. I had been told by a service center in town that I had bought the wrong bulb, but Dominic showed me that it was correct and then offered to install it. That's SERVICE! I will be back to do more business here.”

“I've been using this store for years, and have always had fantastic service.This evening, I discovered I had a headlight bulb out, so I started looking on the WalMart webpage, assuming O'Reilly would be closed early on a Sunday night. I figured it couldn't hurt to check, and they were open! I drove there, and within 5 minutes, a replacement pair of bulbs was on the counter and paid for. What I didn't expect was that they installed them for me! So, in 15 minutes, I drove away with new (and improved) headlights! A very positive experience.”
“I live by Broadway Walmart but their Autocare never seems to be open (due to staffing shortages) so I started coming here a few years ago and I cannot recommend them highly enough. All the reviews complaining about time are understandable but if those people took one second to ask Allex (manager extraordinaire) anything they’d find out that time situations are out of his control when one mechanic shows up or the two new ones just quit or whatever. Walmart pays nothing and only the truly dedicated stay. So the next time you become impatient remember you’re paying someone to do a job who should be paid three times more and who is doing the job of 3 sometimes 4 people. And they don’t complain!! These guys are empathetic, professional and efficient given the proper setting and support. But we ALL know Walmart doesn’t do that. So have a heart and be a little more understanding the next time you get an excellent inexpensive oil change that takes longer than expected. Believe me, it’s worth it to establish a continuous relationship as these guys will know your car better than you do. And isn’t that more valuable than what you pay? They’ll even find ways to save you money!!!”
