“We were just starting a 12 hour road trip and the airflow on our AC stopped working near Columbia. We called several shops in the area and AJs was able to squeeze us in for a check and repair to get our AC working again so we could continue our trip and get home to Colorado. Service was quick and fairly priced , and without their accommodation we would not have been able to continue our drive in the summer heat - They were also very accommodating of our dog!”
“Visiting from out of state. Had a significant mechanical issue with the front differential. They were able to get me in and diagnose it quickly. The repair took longer than I would have liked but I understand as the parts were difficult to get. They did the job well and I got back home with no problems. The only issue I had was they could have done a better job communicating with me. That is an issue that has been common for the trades for many years not just them.”

One thing I like about this place that they are not trying to take an advantage of me being a woman!! Every single staff here are very nice and they have their smile all the time. “How can I express the amount of respect I hold for this family owned business? The entire family blew me away and made me cry tears of joy and immense gratitude. As an older, single, black woman I am often very cautious of people for fear of being taken advantage of. But this business restored my faith that there are still honest people who care about their fellow man. The owner, from the first encounter buying a tail light for my car, was kind, respectful and more than helpful. His wife, was kind and even the children were nice and helpful. I bought the tail light and returned to purchase two headlight assemblies as well. While inquiring about the headlights, the owner offered to install all three lights for me. I am shocked that he did that and didn't even charge me for the installation. His son did the installation and refused to accept the paltry $30 I had. It was all the cash I had in my wallet as I usually do not carry cash. I had to grab the young man's hand and make him accept what I had. The mechanic shop was going to charge an outrageous fee to install the three lights for me. Had I known how simple a task it was, I would have told the mechanic to take a flying leap. It was ridiculous how simple it was! Less than 15 minutes later I was road ready once again. Please, don't take advantage of these good people. If you can afford to pay what they ask for their services, please do so. Offer a generous tip, be kind in return. People like them are very rare. Every time I think about my experience with this family I tear up. They saved me a LOT of money...”

The car ended up being totalled and the insurance company required additional paper work to be filed out. Joe Gamblian graciously assisted us with that & refused any payment for the additional work. “I pulled into Columbia Missouri on my way home from Sturgis with A plug in my rear tire. I picked up a nail on the road the day before I called around. No one had a tire. A gentleman me to Gilbane motorsports. I called over there Gave the gentleman the size of the tire and told him my situation he said if you bring me the bike and a half hour you can have it back i Tonight now keep in mind it was already 4 o’clock Well, I brought the bike and he kept his word and I safely made it back to New Hampshire. Nothing but love chris and the Gilbane Morris sports crew.”
