“I was having issues with my car battery not holding a charge. I brought it to these guys. They were very nice got me in quick. They took out my battery and inspected it, the gentlemen helping me showed me how to test my battery for the future. He determined that the battery was fine and didn't need to be replaced. They put a loner battery in my car and got mine charged up properly all in a matter of a couple of days. Great service, I would highly recommend! Glad I came here and not Walmart or Sam's Club.”

“Caliber Collision is a fantastic place to work with. My son is a new Mizzou student and I’m about two hours away. I was really dreading having to manage the repair process from afar but really I didn’t have to do a thing! Communication was great all along the way and everyone is super friendly. My son was able to go pick the car up himself when it was done, and since everyone was so great I had no worries about them helping him through the process. Great place!”

“Bought a 2020 CRV from them a couple weeks ago, and after 9 days the check engine light came on. I took it to service who was booked a week out, but after explaining that I just bought the car to Sales, they gave me a loaner and the next day my car was fixed and they picked up the bill. Noah in Sales and everyone in service were awesome to work with.”

“I had a misfortune traveling through Columbia. The people at Galen's Auto Body shined like all those in Columbia that helped me. Allie took control and made every effort to return me to my journey. Unfortunately the car was not going to have it. Allie quickly gave me alternatives. I selected one and we were quickly done with the matter. Those at Galen's Auto Body are ready to handle any situation professionally, honestly, and friendly. I had an estimate very quickly, this allowed me to make a decision quickly. Do yourself a favor and call Galen's Auto Body.”

“Had a great experience with Joe Machens. Kaleb and Jalen were very helpful with information on the vehicle we inquired about. We went and looked at the vehicle we were interested in and decided it wasn't quite what we were looking for. They helped us with trying to find the best option and price the best they could for what we were looking for and for what we could afford.”

“We were just starting a 12 hour road trip and the airflow on our AC stopped working near Columbia. We called several shops in the area and AJs was able to squeeze us in for a check and repair to get our AC working again so we could continue our trip and get home to Colorado. Service was quick and fairly priced , and without their accommodation we would not have been able to continue our drive in the summer heat - They were also very accommodating of our dog!”

“I am very happy with their work, especially Heather, she got update for me about their work every single day, she even explained to me the process how to claim with the insurance without paying anything extra beside the deductible since I got hit by another person without insurance. One thing I like about this place that they are not trying to take an advantage of me being a woman!! Every single staff here are very nice and they have their smile all the time. My car looks very new and shiny when I pick it up, they did more than I could expected. I will recommend for my friends to go to Phillippe Auto Body as well!”

“How can I express the amount of respect I hold for this family owned business? The entire family blew me away and made me cry tears of joy and immense gratitude. As an older, single, black woman I am often very cautious of people for fear of being taken advantage of. But this business restored my faith that there are still honest people who care about their fellow man. The owner, from the first encounter buying a tail light for my car, was kind, respectful and more than helpful. His wife, was kind and even the children were nice and helpful. I bought the tail light and returned to purchase two headlight assemblies as well. While inquiring about the headlights, the owner offered to install all three lights for me. I am shocked that he did that and didn't even charge me for the installation. His son did the installation and refused to accept the paltry $30 I had. It was all the cash I had in my wallet as I usually do not carry cash. I had to grab the young man's hand and make him accept what I had. The mechanic shop was going to charge an outrageous fee to install the three lights for me. Had I known how simple a task it was, I would have told the mechanic to take a flying leap. It was ridiculous how simple it was! Less than 15 minutes later I was road ready once again. Please, don't take advantage of these good people. If you can afford to pay what they ask for their services, please do so. Offer a generous tip, be kind in return. People like them are very rare. Every time I think about my experience with this family I tear up. They saved me a LOT of money...”

“Very kind, helpful, and respectful people at this auto parts store. I came in with a dead battery and they had me back on the road and all fixed up in no time at all. They even helped me hypothesize about what could have caused the issue in the first place and how to fix it so it doesnt happen again any time soon. Can't say enough good things about these great people.”

“When I found a foxbody mustang. It needed major body and paint work. This was in 2015 and the Schneiders were amazing. Especially Nick, he let me keep the car there made payments weekly. Till this day I haven’t forgotten and send anyone needing body work their way. Here’s to many more years of Schneiders!”

“When one of the vans we use for our handyman business got hit, we were stressing trying to figure out when we'd have time to get it in for an estimate. Tim was extremely helpful and understanding, and got us in the same day I called him and we were in and out in no time with an estimate in my inbox the same day! Not to mention he went above and beyond, helping my guy adjust the door to open/close better while we wait on insurance to work out the rest of the details, so he could keep using the van for work in the meantime. As far as their work goes, I have seen some of their work in person, and their paint and body work looks great, so I have no concerns about taking my vehicles here. Overall, they seem to genuinely care about customer service, which is very important to me, as I also operate a service based business. Will definitely refer anyone I know to give Bopp a call.”

“Hunter at O’Reilly was so helpful. I am not good with anything related to cars including a simple head light bulb replacement. When I called in Hunter told me they had what I needed… when I arrived he helped me find the part. I asked him if I would need tools to replace the bulb and he said “let’s see”… I think he could tell I needed some help and since it was dark outside he helped me install my new light in no time. He went above and beyond and I enjoyed talking with him throughout our interaction. I highly recommend Hunter and O’Reilly on Paris Road”

“I had an emergency car repair (replace AC compressor, expansion valve, cabin air filter...) that needed to be taken care of so that I could leave for a family trip. A to Z Auto Repair worked me into their schedule and got the work done so that I could leave. They also completed the work for $1000 less than the quote for the same work from the dealer and did a great job. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and transparent about prices and time schedule. Highly recommend!”
