“Visiting from out of state. Had a significant mechanical issue with the front differential. They were able to get me in and diagnose it quickly. The repair took longer than I would have liked but I understand as the parts were difficult to get. They did the job well and I got back home with no problems. The only issue I had was they could have done a better job communicating with me. That is an issue that has been common for the trades for many years not just them.”

This coach I purchased new and have put 55,000 miles on it with constant alignment problems. They identified the issues ordered the shims we needed and promptly realigned all 3 axels. They helped us get the car scrapped and looked into shipping back the car seats until we decided it was too costly. However, they did promptly mail us the old plates. Five star service!”

“Hunter at O’Reilly was so helpful. I am not good with anything related to cars including a simple head light bulb replacement. When I called in Hunter told me they had what I needed… when I arrived he helped me find the part. I asked him if I would need tools to replace the bulb and he said “let’s see”… I think he could tell I needed some help and since it was dark outside he helped me install my new light in no time. I had to look up “helicoil” to try to understand how they saved me again. I would not go anywhere else.”
