Very hard to reach via phone. I feel like I pay my premiums, and pockets are getting padded, with no assistance from agent.

Going to Florida needed trip ticket , even booked room for on the way down . Glad we went didn't know highway 55 was closed in Memphis glad we went to AAA

Been with them about twelve yrs. My only problem is trying to get the right person and when U think you're with whom you want to speak with, not so and get transferred to someone else. But overall good company.
