Shawn helped me order my new car over the phone that day, including all the options I wanted. Then I just needed to wait until my car came in. Shawn kept me informed of my car’s status during my wait. When it finally arrived several months later, I drove 2 hours to the dealership to pick up my car. Every detail was absolutely perfect, although I’m still waiting for my floor mats to come in. Shawn spent several hours with me going over all the features on my car, and, believe me, there are many. He also had me drive the car with him in it so I could try the features for myself. Shawn was the most thorough and professional representative that I can imagine. I’m so glad he was the one who handled my new car purchase. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Shawn and Dean Team.”
