We went to get the car, the dent was gone! So happy with the service and the staff is great. Highly recommend this place!”

“Selbert's gets 5 stars from me. I had recently purchased a Ford Mustang from a local dealer in under two months a deer decided to jump out in front of us on a dusk Friday evening. We were traveling at about 45 miles an hour. Unfortunately we had to have it towed and a close friend said to take it to Selbert's they will fix it like it had never been in an accident. We about a week to a week and a half later it was fixed and looked as good as new. Chris the guy that walked me through the whole process was awesome walked me through the whole process seamlessly and took care of all of the insurance process. “After a HORRIBLE customer service experience at the O'Fallon location this morning, I called the Chesterfield location and spoke with Brianna (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She listened calmly to my concerns and walked me through several issues over the phone without making me feel rushed or dismissed.

“Incredible work and extremely friendly service. I had a mail box jump out of nowhere when I was backing my car in. Left a decent sized dent and these guys took care of it. Basically like it never happened, I’m very impressed with the work and it was reasonably priced. No where near what I was bracing myself for. On top of all that, Jeff was nice enough to give me a ride to and pick me up from my house because it was so cold outside. Total time from drop off to repair was about an hour and half. Can’t give these guys enough praise!”

Took my 2023 Equinox there for hail damage and they went above and beyond not only in repairing my car but also in handling everything with my insurance company. It was a back and forth battle with my insurance on estimates/supplements and Garrey didn’t budge. He kept me informed every step of the way and truly advocated for me to make sure the repairs were done right and not just quickly or cheaply. It was such a relief to have a shop who actually looks out for their customers. After having extensive hail damage, I wasn’t too confident my car would ever look the same again but thanks to Mertz Auto Body there’s not a dent or ding in sight!!
