A 1 star rating is too generous for this location. I had a reservation through my insurance company booked way in advance. Even got a confirmation call. When Monday came around I couldn’t make the scheduled time due to bad weather conditions. I tried calling them and no one answered me. I figured they were closed due to ice and surely someone would have called if they were there seeing I wasn’t there for my scheduled pick up time. The next morning I went to this enterprise and told them I had a reservation. To which I was told they had no car for me and that they were in fact there the day prior but were “very busy” and couldn’t answer the calls. I was told that the car I was supposed to pick up was given to someone else. They then told me I would get a car later that day. Later on I got no call so I decided to call them and was told I still have no car and that the next day I should hopefully have one and they would call me. Next day rolls around, no call. At this point I am almost a week without a car, struggling to get to my jobs. My car will be finished tomorrow in the shop so now I won’t need a rental car. However, this whole situation was absolutely terrible and poorly handled by enterprise. When I voiced my issues to them and how I was displeased they didn’t even seem to care. My family rents cars all the time and I can promise we will never come here.

I will never rent from them again. The manager Drew and other employees lied to my wife and about the amount we were being charged for a vehicle.I contacted corporate and was told I would be contacted by an area manager and never was.I have rented cars from Enterprise for over 20 years but never again.

My recent experience with Enterprise started off well at pickup. I was picked up at the dealership and taken to the Enterprise location in Ellisville, MO. Easy pickup. Had to wait a few minutes for them to finish cleaning a car. I was given a car that was higher than what my policy allowed but I was not informed they didn’t have one available in the range my policy offered. I was billed for the difference with no notification of any price difference. The Enterprise team failed to reconcile the issue and we paid the difference.From my previous experience with Enterprise and other rental agencies, if they did not have a vehicle within the range of the reservation cost available, I was provided the next higher upgrade for the same cost. Should have been the same in this case but wasn’t.A good experience was quickly turned bad due to lack of communication and failure to follow through on customer service and commitment.

Alway a great experience with the Ellisville team. I had no reservation, but Drew still hooked me up with a weekend rental and had me on my way in 15 minutes.

Great Service All Around. I worked with Lorraine at Ellisville, MO branch and she was extremely kind and guided me to pick the right vehicle. Kuddos to the entire Ellisville Enterprise team. I will definitely use this location again when looking to rent a car.

the worst customer service ever dont go to this location went there to pick up the rental, they didn't have any cars available. They did not try to contact me before or after can not believe or trust them, even when they promise a call to you. Even 24 hours later, despite complaints to upper management, no apologies, no contact

After a very stressful morning with the inept Washington Enterprise, DO NOT GO HERE. We found Ballwin MO Enterprise. Omg one of the best experiences I have ever had Renting a Vehicle. D.W. Our Customer Representative was Amazing and listened to our concerns. Mostly was just a friendly face to vent to. They were professional and courteous. We were leaving for Vacation early the next morning and they had us on/out of the store and on our way within 20 mins. Thank You Enterprise of Ballwin You made Our Day/Week!!!
