Really nice experience except the fact that I don’t like waiting after all paperwork is done on confirmed reservations at the time of pickup.

Nick was amazing!!! Upper management should be ashamed of leaving him to work by himself on a busy middle of August summer Saturday! He had a line all day and we waited 3 hours for our vehicle (no fault of his). It was so crazy busy and he had rude customers and handled everything so well. He deserves a raise.
