The woman behind the counter must have been having a bad day. I pulled in the lot with a full moving truck. I entered to ask about opening the gate to deliver furniture. She started barking orders about moving the truck, which was blocking the gate. A fairly simple solution would have been to open the gate.

the truck was very old and didn't run well. It made lots of extra noises and smells.The girl working at the counter was absolutely awful to deal with. She was slow and very rude, then when I asked her to please finish processing my rental she stopped and told me that I was being rude and she would cancel the rental if I said anything else. She had already cancelled the woman in line ahead of me for "being rude" and I needed the truck to move my Aunt so I just shut up and finished the process. BTW, the lady in front of me was not rude at all. Your clerk was looking for a fight.Over the last 6 years I have literally spent thousands of dollars with Uhaul moving kids back and forth to college and to first jobs out of state. I have never encountered such a rude clerk. She seemed to be looking for a reason to object, then immediately claim to be the victim.

The truck was well used, over 125k miles, but it ran as expected and we got the job done. The cargo area was clean and the cab was clean. Would have like to have had a backup camera and backup warning signal, and maybe a better way to adjust the passenger side mirror. The office was orderly and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for your help!

Just returned a cargo van. The fuel gauge was faulty causing me to fill up the tank rather than replacing the amount that was used. I politely asked Paris if there was a way to reimburse or make sure this did not happen to anyone else. She said this was a known issue and told me there was nothing she could do.After much debate she reluctantly called her manager. She was very verbally combative rather than trying to be accommodating towards the situation. Extremely poor customer service. I will not return to this location if she is working. I strongly recommend that she attend classes to improve her people skills and ability to deal with customers.

Honestly my only complaint really would be the gas level. I mean if you guys offer 50 bucks off your rental if you return your vehicle you know full tank all that I could guarantee you a bunch of people would return their vehicles with a full tank. Cuz it really sucks getting a U-Haul rental and there's no gas in it and you already had figured out how your whole day was going to go and it throws a big old wrench in your plan. This location has been excellent if I call them and ask them if there's a truck available with the side rails cuz they only have two vehicles like that they will hurry up and make sure one is ready to go for me if they have it there's an issue with not being able to get the center console down in the small pickup and they stopped exactly what they were doing and came out and helped me get it down and make sure it was working before I left take care of any problems I have as soon as I asked them. They really do make you feel kind of like part of the family when I'm there that's why I actually will go a little bit further to go to this location then literally 2 minutes down the road when I can get one there and not have to spend money on an Uber and everything to get there I'll send the extra because of the service

Jason was amazing! He made sure that my reservation was honored and available during a very busy weekend.I've moved 5 times in 5 years with 3 different movers. U-haul has consistently provided the best service, products, and convenience, hands down!
