U-Haul Moving & Storage at Big Bend Road provides a full range of moving solutions including truck rentals, trailers, and self-storage. The location is consistently praised for its excellent staff, described as friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful, and willing to go out of their way to assist customers. Many reviewers note they choose this specific location over others further away because the service and staff make them feel like part of the family. The trucks are functional and get the job done, with clean cargo and cab areas, though some are well-used with high mileage. A few customers mention desired features like backup cameras or easier mirror adjustments. One common complaint involves the gas level in rentals upon pickup, which can disrupt moving plans. Despite this, the overall experience is highly rated. The office is orderly, and staff are commended for honoring reservations even on busy weekends and quickly resolving any equipment issues. Customers report great experiences all around, with many stating they wouldn't go anywhere else due to the consistent service, products, and convenience.
While I was requesting a quote for a trailer, an urgent work matter came up, and I had to open my laptop. One of the workers noticed I was stressed and kindly brought me a table so I could work more comfortably. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness!
