“I brought in my 2021 Jeep Renegade "Baby Blue" due to a deer strike on the passenger side back in November. I had hired them to repair the SUV recently. I am beyond impressed at their quality and craftsmanship. I am beyond blessed to have a locally owned company repair my vehicle back to new condition. To save them time, the aftermarket parts are agreed upon. I will replace this spring. They did an amazing job. Also, the interior was deep cleaned and absolutely impressed.

“Bruce has countlessly gone above and beyond for me and always at a fair price. I just recently needed an alignment (which he doesn't do) and had him put on 2 new front tires and he took the time to align the vehicle to the best of his ability anyways without charging extra and never said anything about it. I just got the car back and it drove as straight as it gets which saved me almost $100. I've been going to him for a couple years now and wouldn't use anyone else in the jefferson county area unless it was somewhere he personally recommends for work he doesn't do. Very nice and respectful man on top of it.”

“After a rear end collision, I dropped my truck off for repair on a Tuesday. The work was completed and I picked up my truck that Friday. The work was expedient, the communication and updates from the shop was great, and the work was done well. My truck looked new upon picking it up. Karen and Danielle were very communicative and transparent through the whole process. I am very pleased with the overall experience. The only reason I selected not sure on pricing is because the other parties’ insurance paid for the repair, but I was shown an itemized bill and feel it was a fair price for the work accomplished and the service provided.”

“Replaced the convertible top on my 64 C2 corvette. It works just as it should. I was convinced the frame needed to be replaced, but the technicians made it work with just a new canvas top on my existing frame.
We will go back, if we ever need any work performed.”
“I’ve purchased 2 vehicles. A 2014 f150 last year then today a 2015 Dodge Journey for my wife. She has less than perfect credit and a strict budget. She told them what she had as a down payment and what she wanted a payment at. To my shock and surprise they got her financed $50 over what she wanted to pay which was much better than what it started out at. They even took her beat up Yukon with transmission problems in on trade. The moral of the story is. If you have credit issues and you are seriously trying. Have a steady income and need a car go see them. We used Frank and he was awesome. If they don’t have what you want they will find something that will work for you. We used the Bonne Terre location both times. Do yourself a favor before you give up and give them a chance to help.”

“A driver hit the rear of my 19 years olds vehicle and Sapaugh handled the insurance claim with such class and excellence. They kept us posted on the progress of the vehicle and it looked show room new when it was returned in just around a week or so. “Exceptional service as well as repairs. I was hit by a school bus, leaving my vehicle drivable but the front end was scratched and dented badly. The left headlight was broken as well. I took my vehicle in and they were extremely helpful with the estimate and through the repairs. They let me know halfway through the repairs they were struggling to find a part they needed to attach the new bumper to my car. They even contacted my insurance adjuster and had them extend my rental car because of the delay on the part. All around exceptional repairs and service.Services: Painting”

“Needed a brake pad hardware kit to replace a broken clip. The store didn't have a separate hardware kit in stock to fit my vehicle, so they opened a box of brake pads and sold me just the bag of hardware from it. They could have insisted that I buy the entire brake pad kit, but they didn't, which helped me get my car back on the road quickly for minimal expense. I really appreciate it!”
