“Manager was great she really went the extra mile for me when I was looking for tshirts ....my size wasn't on the shelf at any stores up or down 61/67 ... She happily opened and unloaded totes from they're delivery of things not on shelf yet and found my size .. I left happy and amazed how nice and helpful she was..”
“The staff here is always friendly and very helpful. They've always made me feel very very welcome and they're always so nice and patient with my 14 month old daughter. Everything is priced lower than the other hardware stores. Very clean store and super easy to find what your looking for as well. You'll always be able to find a staff member if you need assistance with anything!!! I could go on and on bragging about this store and the staff ECT. That's why they have kept my business over the years.”
“I don't go here a lot. I only go if I need one or 2 things. I will add that when I went one time to get something they don't even carry it so it was a waste of time. Now with that being said, the store is always clean when I go and the staff are pretty nice. If you need help they will help you find what you are looking for.”

“This is the best Save A Lot store in our area. It's bigger and well stocked plus it's laid out nicely with plenty of room in the aisles. Much better than a crowded Aldi store with cramped aisles.”
“The Sav- A Lot Richardson Road , Arnold, Mo. location is my favorite store. I drive extra miles to shop due to cleanliness, product selection * awesome customer service. Recently as of this past week, an employee went out of his way to grab me a bag potatoes that they were unloading from truck shipment. He even smelled the bag when he handed them to me insuring no rotten ones were in the bag!”
“As it should be, store is new and very clean. All employees seem very helpful. They are still working on stocking it to full capacity, but there's still plenty to look at and buy. Very happy to have them in Valmeyer!”
“I picked up 4 bottled sodas they had on sale. A kind person with a cart full let me go ahead of them in line and the cashier is always friendly. The store is full but clean. Good to grab a quick couple things.”
“The best thing about this store is the employee's! Anna, Steve and 1 or 2 more go above and beyond to help you at whatever you need. The bad part is every time I go on to the DG app. for this location all I see is OUT OF STOCK, OUT OF STOCK, OUT OF STOCK!!! One more thing is the other day I picked up an item to purchase (a white pillow)and it had a black stain and dirt on it so i found the. Assistant manager an asked"Does your company give discounts on items such as this With black marks and stains on it", Which they replied, "That they are only an assistant manager and they don't have that authority". Which seemed kind of odd since they have the responsibility of the entire store, the employees underneath her, The money, locking up the store, and that my wife was an assistant manager then a general manager for Dollar General and I know for a fact they have that authority. So I'm wondering what the real reason was???”

“I've always been pleased with Dollar Tree stores. Unfortunately they've raised their prices and some items ARE Not worth 1.25!! But, I recently visited a Dollar Tree store that is now offer items up to 5.00 so, I imagine all DT stores are heading In that direction. Probably within the next 5 years all "Dollar" Tree stores will be obsolete in order to keep up with rising prices. ?”

“These guys are the best. I’m a regular there for a reason. They call me by name. They remember my orders. They help me to my car with my orders. There is no better customer service than these guys. If you want something you can’t find anywhere, they will order it for you. I am so glad they are in this building that for years had been failed businesses one after the other. I was thinking a few years ago, oh here’s another one. They have not only lasted but thrived. The reason, good prices and fantastic customer service. Support them. Our community needs businesses like this.”

“Matt the assistant manager here really goes above and beyond with his customer service skills. I have asked him a couple of times for some items and he has personally walked me to the asile to show me where they are. Other employees just tell you. Not really thrilled with the twenty five cent price increase though.”
“Best employee in this store that they have had in a very long time hands down is Nichole she is always there and always friendly and helpful she definitely deserves a raise. I'm a regular everyday customer I see it there's been a few times she's been there alone. She's the only worker that doesn't make customers feel bad for using coupons even the 2 past managers have talked down on people using coupons. I probably wouldn't keep shopping here if Nichole wasn't there because everyone else is rude”
