“After 3 shops in the last 13,000 miles and none of them fixing the problem, including 1 that provided an inspection just 2,500 miles ago, our check engine light came on & the truck was running horrible . It seems we were only charged outrageous fees & we experienced a lot of frustration. We were referred to BGM after we decided to have OReillys provide us with the codes being shown, most would cause failing on an emissions test for inspection. We brought the list of codes to BGM explaining what we had experienced at other shops. We were desperate to get this truck fixed . They had it for 1 day. They found the problem, a fuel injector, and the price quoted on the phone was exactly how much I paid. We are so grateful to the guys here. While they could've run us through the ringer like other shops had done & never fixed the problem, they didn't. The trucks running great!! I'm very happy with BGM. Thank you”

“One of our vehicles is a pain in the butt to change the oil on so I’ve been bringing it here to get the oil changed. They always do a great job and do multiple verbal checks to ensure the drain plug and filter are screwed in correctly and that there’s no leaks. Very friendly people and they do it right the first time.”

“Had a walk in appointment at the Tire Choice off Richardson road in Arnold Missouri and talked to Gary Daniel and told him I need a mid price highway tire and pointed me to the Kelly Edge Touring. And they were the lowest price around. Asked Gary when could he have it done and he said an hour. He called an hour later and told me that they tested the alignment on my tires for free and said I was due for one. Told him to go ahead and said 20 minutes. So for 4 new tires and an alignment it only took 1 hour and 20 minutes. And they did a fine job.”
“One of my tires was only at 22 PSI and after Googling and reading 20 or less is considered a flat and shouldn’t be driven on, I was freaking out. Couple that with being in Oakville visiting family, about 25 miles from where I live, and only 7° outside I was not comfortable driving all the way home with my dog and then to my neighborhood mechanic.I always go to Valvoline for oil changes and thought if they could just put enough air in to get me a larger buffer from 20 then from there can determine what going on at the mechanic the following day and if it’s more serious I need to need to replace the tire. They did better than that!! The guys at this location recognized it was the valve and Eric the assistant manager came outside (both bays were occupied with vehicles being serviced) AND replaced that / filled it to 35 in below freezing weather to get me up and running!! I can’t recommend this location enough- just extremely extremely grateful/ impressed!! I’m going to do a survey with Valvoline but also wanted to give them 5 stars here for the general public!!”

“Went in for a front end alignment on very short notice for my two seater Mercedes convertible. A lot of places shy away because of the Euro car but they said it would be a couple of hours until they could get to. To my surprise about an hour later I was back on the road and the drove great. They did a great job at a decent price. I will definitely be going back.”

“Kevin's car care has been so amazing and pleasant to communicate with! They were able to replace my water pump, do a coolant flush, replace my serp belt, and fix my blower motor for an extremely affordable price, and were so extensively invested in thorough communication with me throughout the entire process. As a female, especially being as young as I am, it has been extremely difficult to find shops who truly are 100% transparent and honest about the work they are doing. I am so happy I chose them, and I believe I will not be going to anyone else. Amazing shop!!!!”
