Tim did an exceptional job diagnosing the fuel leak and getting to the root of the problem. He was very quick to replace the fuel pump and get my truck back on the road. I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled without feeling rushed or like I was being left in the dark.
The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I was kept informed about what they found, what needed to be done, and the progress of the repair. Everything was quick, professional, and straightforward.

“The girl who attended to me was very nice. Although, in the past, they used to go over the various needs of my vehicle. Not this time. I inquired about the different needs of my car cause it’s all wheel drive. It’s new to me but 8 years old. They didn’t really know.”
“I went to their store for battery test. The battery didn't pass the test and they replaced it with brand new. It has still 2 months before the warranty expires. Chris was very helpful”
