We live in St Francis county and work close by to the post office and it is always nice going in and seeing the ladies!!!! “Had an issue with a package that had a tracking number but was stuck in pre shipment for the last 5 days. Carol was very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong and assured me the package had been picked up and that I should see real time tracking updates soon. Very professional and pleasant”
“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”
“5 stars from me so far. They accept packages that the horrendous Festus branch denies for literally no reason other than laziness. I'm talking correct zip code, not over weight limit, correct size, valid label and ship date - things that are basically common sense everywhere other than Festus. Have dropped off stuff here rarely before too in the past and never had any issues.”
“My husband and I use this post office frequently. On certain days there may be long lines but the only rude behavior observed has come from selfish outspoken customers. The facility seems to be understaffed but the staff, without exception, has always be courteous, friendly and professional.”

“This was my first time at the new location and it was wonderful! I went just before 10am on a Wednesday, and there was only a few other customers in the store. Jill was the worker there, and she was so sweet and helpful. She was efficient and professional and I appreciated her knowledge. The new place is so spacious and clean, too!”

“I moved here a couple weeks ago from out of state. Bart, Erica, and Makkaila have been extremely friendly and professional. They have helped me with many things I needed done and have went above and beyond for me. This is honestly the best UPS store I have ever been in. Would give this location 20 stars if possible! This is for sure my new “GO TO” UPS store! Fabulous service!!”
