Dollar General Springfield offers everyday essentials at affordable prices from right around the corner. It provides everyday low prices on frequently-needed items including food, snacks, health and beauty aids, cleaning supplies, basic apparel, housewares, seasonal items, paper products and more. This location sells Alcohol, Tobacco, and Produce. Customers can save even more with the myDG program. The store has a solid selection of items, though it can be sorta hard to find certain things as the organization is a bit goody. The ladies that work here are very nice. However, some items are one or two dollars higher than a nearby Walmart, and some items in the $1 section can be found elsewhere for under a dollar. A specific warning is given about certain seasonal products, like Halloween wigs, which are described as the most cheapest made and not worth even a dollar.
To be honest, sorta hard to find certain things, sorta have to walk around a bit. Organized a bit goody for me. Solid selection though, as long as you can find it.
