“Alliance credit Union branch that I go to is located in the old Firemen's credit Union on Fyler Avenue just west of Macklind. It's very easy to get in and get out, I go inside and they know me by name which is unusual for most banks nowadays. The service is always very simple, friendly and most of all always accurate.”

“I had such a great experience here today. I don't typically come to this commerce location, but I needed currency exchange and this is the only commerce location that does it in stl. It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out. Thank you commerce!”

“An excellent bank, great people and service. Someone really stupid designed the parking lot however at the Clayton office. Everything is in reverse including the entrance and exit ways, and so you drive through the teller backwards as to the intended design and face away from the bankers window. It is embarasing that no one has corrected this and simply reverse the entrance and exit ways. Must have been an Wash U graduate.”

“I had a bank account here and I will let you know. I have always had a great experience here at Commerce Bank. The tellers really try to get to know you as a person and the service is always great. They are a really good bank. They have bathrooms for you to use, a waiting area that is clean. The have drive through tellers, and drop box and ATM. They have a private parking lot and security. I have never heard mention of anyone having trouble at this bank. I recommend you give them a try.”

“This location is the best,they always great me by name and service is outstanding.. today they had 2 tellers and a manager there, one teller was helping an elderly lady that had a fraud issue so she was busy with her, second teller was having technical issues with his system so was having issues completing my deposit. Manger was waiting on customers, they both apologized and let customers know of issues.Several customers got outrate with them yelling saying they were doing anything. So untrue they both were helping other customers. I hate that employees get treated this way by public when they always have great service”
