“Cody was great I contacted him on a Sunday and first thing Monday morning he called me back about my phone not charging. I thought I was gonna have to pay a bunch of money to have my phone fixed but he assured me not to worry because it could just need cleaned. I brought it in and he had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service. 10/10 would recommend”
“Best store hands down. Omar has everything here and the service here is the best in town. Everyone needs to come here. They have variety of items. Screen repair to phone deals.”
“Went in looking for a battery for my motorcycle. Helena and Josh were working the counter and were extremely helpful. The battery I was wanting was not in stock, but Helena found it at the Overland Park location. She called to confirm that they actually had it in stock. While she was on the phone, Josh told me that if I place the order online, it would save me some money and he also provided me with a savings code that saved me even more. This was my first time at a Batteries+Bulbs store, but it will not be my last. I am very pleased with the help I received.”

“Our teens phone screen got messed up, I figured it would end up being a lost cause, it looked pretty bad. I brought it in about 45 mins before close prepared to leave it for the weekend and Elijah was able to get the phone back up in perfect working order in about 30 mins, the night before the 4th of July! Thank you!!”
