Target receives mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the friendly, helpful employees who are willing to assist with questions and guide shoppers to their desired items. The well-stocked shelves make it easy for customers to find what they need. However, some shoppers have reported negative experiences, particularly with aggressive marketing from AT&T employees, which has detracted from their shopping experience. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the return policy for vinyl records, as customers can only exchange opened albums. Though there are instances of great service, like helpful staff during phone upgrades, issues with staffing shortages have led to long lines at self-checkout stations, causing frustration for some. Overall, while many enjoy shopping at Target for its cleanliness and helpful staff, there are areas for improvement, especially regarding customer service during busy times.
I've been harassed and approached by AT&T employees twice now at this Target. It's very annoying and they are relentless! Completely ruins the experience. Even if you're in the beauty section they will still approach you from behind and rope you into conversation. I'll start going to a different Target.

Please be careful buying vinyl records from target. You can’t return, only exchange. My album skipped and I could return it since it had been opened. My target didn’t carry a wide selection so sometimes this won’t work. Told I could exchange for a movie but I personally dont buy movies anymore.

I enjoy shopping at Target in Belton due to the cleanliness and how nice the employees are. All of the employees are willing to help when needed and are more than willing to answer any questions I may have. Their shelves are well stocked and I find what I am looking for with ease.
