“Went in looking for jeans and a coat. I didn't find a coat that I liked however I found a perfect fit for jeans. Ross is "hit or miss". I hit it perfectly. Ended up with a pair of BEAR CLAW boots and a pair of Wolverine snow boots. Would have cost well over $200.00, I paid $58.00 for both! I'm picky, no apparent stitch issue, felt wonderful. Also stumbled across things that I needed for home decor. I absolutely love Ross. My Belton store is fantastic. Great staff.”

“I returned an iPhone and upgraded to a better model. The staff were amazing - it was a difficult switch due to the carrier I use. But Jesse stepped in to assist and both worked to get my new phone set up - even when iPhone insisted on upgrading the iOS before they could continue! The staff were so patient and gracious about the time it took. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism.I’ll never go anywhere else for phones.
