“I've taken my fleet of vehicles (Audi, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and Jeep) to Certified for 5 years. They've done oil changes, engine swaps (unfortunately not an LS swap into my Jeep), suspension, brakes...pretty much everything but paint, but they have a guy. They've done a great job of communicating. Sometimes its better than expected and sometimes is worse than expected. Regardless of the news, Curtis is going to give you that consistent tone that everyone needs navigating this crazy emotional world we live in. The most important thing that I really appreciate about Certified, is that the cost of their services are earned while also being fair. I appreciate all the folks who help make this place my shop of choice. 10/10 will use Certified Auto again and again and again.”
