“I have been coming here for years and I can't say enough good things about them. My truck wouldn't start and it wasn't the battery. I was getting ready to call a tow but thought I would call them to see if there was an easy fix. They offered to come out to my house start the truck and took it back to the shop to fix it. Sometimes work on the road and my wife has to take our vehicles in. They treat her with full respect and don't try and rip her off.

“While on the way to the KC area from north central Idaho, it turned out I'd developed some tire issues. It was a Friday, so I knew I needed to act soon if I'm going to get it sorted in time to head home. I was lodged next door to the Platte City location, but they were slammed, so they referred me over to the Barry Road location.
When I got there, they immediately took a look, diagnosed the problem, found me a fantastic deal on tires, and got me booked in that day.
As a mechanic by trade, I could tell these guys were shooting straight with me. They got me such a great deal -- warranty and all -- that I went ahead and replaced all four, and that got me back home with zero worries.
These folks are a professional, friendly, efficient, and honest crew all around. I'll definitely go back to them in the future if I run into any more issues when in the KC area!

Mike, Gary and their team are great at transmissions and auto repair. They rebuilt the transmission on our Toyota Highlander. It had an issue but they completely honored the warranty. They are totally honest and fair in all their dealings with us. A shop recommended $1,500 of work to pass an inspection. Mike examined the car and said the car did not need the work.
