Cleveland saw a signage issue at my property and went the extra mile to straighten it out. I called in to give him kudos and chatted with Steve (the owner) who was just as caring and enthusiastic. “Typically great service, but sometimes employees are standing around using cell phones. These cell phones might be UPS issued, but scary if not. Are employees making social media videos of customers or the UPS day to day transactions to upload. Privacy concern for customers when in a UPS store. Potential lawsuits in the end?”

I never have a long wait in line, they always greet you when you walk in (and a genuine greeting, not the pre-programmed welcome you'd get at, say, a Moe's). Getting packages delivered to my apartment can sometimes be challenge, so having my FedEx deliveries held at this location just make my life easier, and enjoying coming here makes a HUGE difference!! He checked my ID, asked me to verify the addresses and double checked if he could do anything else for me. My package was delivered fewer than 48 hours later, as promised.”

“The staff here went above and beyond to help me out and made the entire process smooth and easy. For what it's worth I'm in Texas and was trying to get some large format prints in a rush for a colleague who is currently working in their area. In my rush to get these prints in time I sent the wrong file, once I realized it I got ahold of them and they were very understanding and accommodating and made sure I was still able to get the prints in the time frame I needed. My colleague said they looked great and they had a great experience at the store. I especially want to thank Kate who was the main contact through this and was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend.”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

“Of all the post offices I deal with regularly, this is one of the better ones. My only complaint is that at least once a month the "systems are down" and they lock the front door middle of the day and you're just out of luck and have to go elsewhere. Since they lock the outer doors you can't even go in to lobby to drop mail in the slot. It's odd because it seems to happen once a month and I have never seen this at other Post Offices. That said... I have seen much worse issues at other POs in the St. Louis area, so for that reason I would still rate this location higher than the others. The people who work at this location are also usually pretty friendly. I have rarely come across a staff member that is not friendly here.”
