“From the minute, I walked into this UPS store location. I knew it stood out far above the rest of the ones that I have visited just because of the young lady who had such a welcoming kind personality from the minute I walked in the door. Mind you, I walked into the door carrying a men’s dress shirt that didn’t have a package because it was an Amazon return, and the packaging that it came in was a very slim plastic vacuum sealed package that I couldn’t put it back in. She was very efficient and had just such an uplifting spirit about her. I had to come and leave a review. how they recommend going to this location above any of the mini around it. I have encountered employees at the locations near this one that seemed not in the best of moods and like they didn’t have much patience.”

Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”
“My service from Jamal was great. While working alone, he routed the best way to get my appliances in and out with the least amount of hassle for both he & I. He uninstalled both the washer & dryer, hauled them away, and installed brand new ones, all while it was raining. Very competent young man who moved with a sense of urgency. “My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”
