“I will NEVER shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s again unless I’m forced to for some reason. Schnars has 10/10 customer service. Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”
“Wow, what a pleasant surprise. I shipped a large framed item and it was packed better than I could have ever expected. It took me about 20 minutes to get it unwrapped from all the packing material. Very impressive.”

“We had a last-minute rush order for a client and needed a sign turned around as quickly as possible. We reached out to FastSigns late at night, not knowing if they’d be able to accommodate our tight deadline.

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

“Lorelei is a machine! Lorelei is great at multitasking, has exceptional customer service, and is super efficient at getting your info and finding what you need.
I came in and shipped 3 packages and was in and out quickly - Lorelei was flying solo while having an end of day rush and handled it like it was nothin! I would definitely come back here again.”
“Hooray to find a post office. Unexpected but convenient to pop in here, pick up ten post card stamps and be on my way in a jiffy. At 3:45 on a Monday evening, there was no queue and the clerk was actually pleasant. A nice surprise!
Of course, the stamps cost a fortune but that's a review for the USPS headquarters in Washington not here.
They do have a mailbox outside but you'll have to get out of your car to use it.”

“the assistant manager and the woman who were working together on sunday (8/16) were very helpful and nice to my mom and I and worked with us on a solution while we were attempting to mail large posters. After our negative experience at an office depot fedex location it was a breathe of fresh air to be treated with respect at this location. Thank you so much!”
“The ladies here are nice to me every time I come here to mail something! And i do mean every time! I see the comments about mail being delivered late from this post office. I work and live in Berkeley and the mail is not delivered out of this post office. So it's unfortunate that this post office gets a bad review for late mail and the mail don't even come from this post office.”
“I went there today to get my poster printed, the staff there were really friendly and helpful! I was able to get my poster printed in a short amount of time and it is exactly the way I wanted and the quality of the figures on the poster are really good. They even gave me a bag to protect the poster from possible rain or snow, very thoughtful! Also, you can get a discount if you are a student at Wash U.”

“I had a really positive experience at this post office and wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I received from Laura and Derick.
I was expecting an important check in the mail, and after receiving an email indicating it would be delivered today, I stopped by the post office to see if it had arrived. Laura was extremely helpful and took the time to look for it in the back. Although she wasn’t able to locate it at that time, she was very kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help.
Apparently, Laura relayed the information to our mail carrier, Derick, who has our route. He went above and beyond by locating the check and personally delivering it to our front door right away. That level of effort and customer service was completely unexpected and very much appreciated.
Thank you to Laura for taking the time to help me and to Derick for going the extra mile to make sure my mail got to me safely. It’s easy to complain when something goes wrong, but I wanted to make sure these two received recognition for doing an exceptional job. Great customer service!”
