“I can't say enough about the service I received from Sharde' at the UPS store. I've always traveled out of my way to visit this location because I know I'll receive excellent, professional, and friendly service every time. This visit was no different.
I was feeling dejected after realizing I was unprepared for my return and was about to leave when Sharde' stepped in. She stopped me, asked what was wrong, and presented a clear solution. She wasn't just helpful; she was empathetic. She gave me a quiet space to complete my tasks and never rushed me, even as a sudden rush of customers came in.
The entire team handled the influx with remarkable efficiency and good humor. I overheard their interactions and was impressed by their quick, succinct knowledge of store policies and prices. Everyone was assisted quickly and left in good spirits. Once I was ready, Sharde' gave me her full attention, looked me in the eye, and sincerely thanked me for my business. This experience with her truly made a frustrating return process feel like a pleasant one.”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

“Hooray to find a post office. Unexpected but convenient to pop in here, pick up ten post card stamps and be on my way in a jiffy. At 3:45 on a Monday evening, there was no queue and the clerk was actually pleasant. A nice surprise!
Of course, the stamps cost a fortune but that's a review for the USPS headquarters in Washington not here.
They do have a mailbox outside but you'll have to get out of your car to use it.”

The lady who helped me (glasses, been to Rome and Paris) was friendly and gave me advice on my next mailing too! Am I at the right one?? The post master got rid of the guy that refuses to take cash and talks bad about customers after they leave (like a line of people could solve his problems in life). Yay!! To me he was the Seinfeld soup Nazi guy because it was so uncomfortable being waited on by him. You never know if you'd get what you want or walk away in shame still with your package, confused about what just happened. Thanks for your great service today.”

She explained my options clearly, printed a test page, and checked with me to ensure all the details were right before running my rush job. She did good work completing the spiral bindings, the cost was reasonable, and I was on my way in less than a half hour. I see a lot of negative reviews for this location, and I have to believe that some employees are not very careful. If you want professional results done promptly, ask for Bree.”

“I frequently need to go to the post office to send packages international, which is a bit of a convoluted and painstaking process, and the service at this office never ceases to impress! I have to drive double the length to get here compared to my local post office, and it is so worth the drive. The workers are congenial, helpful, and have never been in a bad mood when I've been there. 10/10 post office that gets things done quick and you leave without feeling like you've been there since 3am!”

Every time the staff here have been polite, personable, and take their time to help resolve an issue or further investigate something. They are observed to be patient and never rude!! “I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“The employees here are very nice and friendly. But the building is crap. One summer it got so hot in there because the AC units were broke for several months. I don’t know how they survived in that triple digit heat. Also, the front door that you enter. It is extremely heavy and difficult to get open. Multiple times it is banged back on me almost knocking me over. It’s too bad USPS doesn’t own their own buildings. Because in this case the landlord would be a slumlord.”

Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”
