“Quick in and out. Make sure you already printed a label and affixed it to your package. This access point is inside an auto parts store and they do not have boxes or a way to print your label. They are just a drop off point for a UPS driver to pick up from.”

I never have a long wait in line, they always greet you when you walk in (and a genuine greeting, not the pre-programmed welcome you'd get at, say, a Moe's). Getting packages delivered to my apartment can sometimes be challenge, so having my FedEx deliveries held at this location just make my life easier, and enjoying coming here makes a HUGE difference!! “There are other post offices closer to my home, but I choose to drive a little further to use the Des Peres facility. The staff there have been much more personable and helpful than other post offices. As others have shared, Dottie rocks passport renewals! She carefully reviewed our applications today, stapled our checks to the appropriate spot on the form, and told me when and how to check on the progress of our renewal. Thank you Dottie!”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

“Of all the post offices I deal with regularly, this is one of the better ones. My only complaint is that at least once a month the "systems are down" and they lock the front door middle of the day and you're just out of luck and have to go elsewhere. Since they lock the outer doors you can't even go in to lobby to drop mail in the slot. It's odd because it seems to happen once a month and I have never seen this at other Post Offices. That said... I have seen much worse issues at other POs in the St. Louis area, so for that reason I would still rate this location higher than the others. The people who work at this location are also usually pretty friendly. I have rarely come across a staff member that is not friendly here.”

“I went there today to get my poster printed, the staff there were really friendly and helpful! I was able to get my poster printed in a short amount of time and it is exactly the way I wanted and the quality of the figures on the poster are really good. They even gave me a bag to protect the poster from possible rain or snow, very thoughtful! Also, you can get a discount if you are a student at Wash U.”

I called and spoken with James in St. Louis first and he did all of the work coordinated with the franchise in Atlanta seamlessly. The packaging was so secure and professional, I am quite impressed. “Park your truck in vacant lot next door..the business is gated so you need to call the number on the gate near the call box. Strict on appointments don't bother going earlier. It is a bit tight so take it slow. Staff is friendly and fast once you hit the dock..”
