I've never had an issue with mail getting to destination. not sure why such bad reviews but I base mine on return visits, one visit anything could have happened and people and businesses deserve second chances.”

Are employees making social media videos of customers or the UPS day to day transactions to upload. Privacy concern for customers when in a UPS store. Potential lawsuits in the end?”

The staff there have been much more personable and helpful than other post offices. As others have shared, Dottie rocks passport renewals! She carefully reviewed our applications today, stapled our checks to the appropriate spot on the form, and told me when and how to check on the progress of our renewal. Thank you Dottie!”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

“I shipped a package from the 3025 S. Hanley location in Maplewood, Missouri. The FedEx associate that attended to me was named Christy. I don't know if she was a manager or not, but she was a shining example of what they should all strive to be like. She was professional and delivered fast and friendly service with a smile. She knew all the rules and regulations regarding package handling and even gave me tips on how to make the process easier for me. She treated me like a visiting friend instead of just another customer. Consider me impressed and highly satisfied.”

“The staff here went above and beyond to help me out and made the entire process smooth and easy. For what it's worth I'm in Texas and was trying to get some large format prints in a rush for a colleague who is currently working in their area. In my rush to get these prints in time I sent the wrong file, once I realized it I got ahold of them and they were very understanding and accommodating and made sure I was still able to get the prints in the time frame I needed. My colleague said they looked great and they had a great experience at the store. “Of all the post offices I deal with regularly, this is one of the better ones. My only complaint is that at least once a month the "systems are down" and they lock the front door middle of the day and you're just out of luck and have to go elsewhere. Since they lock the outer doors you can't even go in to lobby to drop mail in the slot. It's odd because it seems to happen once a month and I have never seen this at other Post Offices. That said... I have seen much worse issues at other POs in the St. Louis area, so for that reason I would still rate this location higher than the others. The people who work at this location are also usually pretty friendly. I have rarely come across a staff member that is not friendly here.”
