“From the minute, I walked into this UPS store location. I knew it stood out far above the rest of the ones that I have visited just because of the young lady who had such a welcoming kind personality from the minute I walked in the door. Mind you, I walked into the door carrying a men’s dress shirt that didn’t have a package because it was an Amazon return, and the packaging that it came in was a very slim plastic vacuum sealed package that I couldn’t put it back in. She was very efficient and had just such an uplifting spirit about her. I had to come and leave a review. how they recommend going to this location above any of the mini around it. I have encountered employees at the locations near this one that seemed not in the best of moods and like they didn’t have much patience.”
“The friendliest UPS neighborhood store. I won’t go anywhere else! The owner introduced himself and his sons, who work right alongside him. He went out of his way with a small, unexpected kindness that made my day. This is the kind of family business that reminds you why shopping local matters, sometimes we forget these UPS stores are locally owned.”
“I will NEVER shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s again unless I’m forced to for some reason. Schnars has 10/10 customer service. Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

“My service from Jamal was great. While working alone, he routed the best way to get my appliances in and out with the least amount of hassle for both he & I. He uninstalled both the washer & dryer, hauled them away, and installed brand new ones, all while it was raining. Very competent young man who moved with a sense of urgency. He was done in what seemed to be a little over an hour.”
“I can't say enough about the service I received from Sharde' at the UPS store. I've always traveled out of my way to visit this location because I know I'll receive excellent, professional, and friendly service every time. This visit was no different.
I was feeling dejected after realizing I was unprepared for my return and was about to leave when Sharde' stepped in. She stopped me, asked what was wrong, and presented a clear solution. She wasn't just helpful; she was empathetic. She gave me a quiet space to complete my tasks and never rushed me, even as a sudden rush of customers came in.
The entire team handled the influx with remarkable efficiency and good humor. I overheard their interactions and was impressed by their quick, succinct knowledge of store policies and prices. Everyone was assisted quickly and left in good spirits. Once I was ready, Sharde' gave me her full attention, looked me in the eye, and sincerely thanked me for my business. This experience with her truly made a frustrating return process feel like a pleasant one.”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”

After panicking about the situation, which was done by another location, Ms McCline was able to help me.She assisted with calling a the Fed Ex number to get this straightened out. She also created me an account so if this ever happens again, it will be easier to resolve. Ms McCline is an asset to FedEx. Don’t know what I would have done if she hadn’t been working. Most of the people I called at FedEx for help were of no help. Thank you Ms McCline for being there for me?”

“Everyone at this store is so kind and helpful, Emily is especially great! Great service here always! They really go above and beyond to be helpful. I was shipping a package but waiting to hear if the recipient wanted to pay for overnight or not, Emily offered to hold the package for me and I could just call and pay over the phone, so I wouldn’t have to stand around waiting for the recipient to reply to me. I really appreciated that gesture!”
“This UPS location is great. I'd been there before and had good experiences. Yesterday I went in with about a dozen similar rugs to return to Amazon. It was very confusing mess with emails, return labels, rug descriptions. The female employee was very patient and helpful. When we left, most people would have said good riddens, but she said to come back for help anytime.”

I was about to buy an envelope, but he stopped me and let me know that the shipping label that I have comes with an envelope and helped me pack it up as well. Helping his customer saving few bucks.
