I had a trailer tire blowout on the interstate and had to stay the night in town. First thing in the morning I went by the store and the employees actually started to help me out 15 min before the actually opened at 8. They did not have my tire in stock or a wheel that fit my lug pattern, a 14” odd ball size, but they still continued to help me out. They allowed me to park the trailer in the parking lot, they helped me take the wheel off, and even helped me find a local vendor who could help. Then once I got the new tire mounted and I brought it back, they continued to help me and get it mounted on my trailer so I could be on my way. I even offered a tip for their help and they refused, they just wanted me to pay it forward if I saw someone else in need! Hard to get a friendly smile and help like that anymore. Speaks highly of the company and the care they give to their workers”
