“I received 5 star service today from an employee named Nora over the phone and wanted to give her a special shout out. Nora promptly answered the phone and was able to assist in helping my client get documents printed and notarized at the store. She went above and beyond to give me pricing details and assist me in problem solving a not-so-ordinary situation. She has no idea how much her assistance has positively impacted this customer in the community... getting this paperwork taken care of was literally life changing for the customer and Nora was happy to assist. I hope she is recognized appropriately by UPS management, this store is lucky to have her!!”
