“I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the lady that let me use the restroom at this location today. I'm not sure if maybe she was a manager, she wasn't on the front registers, I really really wish I got her name to thank her personally, but I'm an Amazon driver so for like 12 hours a day I'm delivering packages, it's soooooooooo hard to even be able to take a quick break because then you're behind in your deliveries, but we have to find somewhere to take a really quick break, get in some air conditioning for a few minutes, grab a quick drink and snack and most importantly go to the restroom!!! People don't know how hard it is sometimes to find a restroom while we're working outdoors in the community allll day, through extreme heat, freezing cold, rain, storms, running from dogs, being worried about getting robbed, driving big trucks through small areas, it's so much, so thank you God for the lady that let me use the Walgreens restroom at this location it made the whole rest of my day an amazing amount better just being able to use a restroom and get a couple items for a quick break. Thank you!!!”
“WOW! They are amazing! Their delivery drivers are wonderful and organized - great with communication. AND, yes their commitment to our community is 100%. Today they delivered my medications AND a lovely bag of fresh fruits and vegetables! WOW ....the opposite of dealing with the big corporations... they are a pleasure to have as part of one's life. “Very busy location. The store is mostly well stocked. The main areas that lack are the produce department and the bread aisle. This location is clean and has polite staff. Just stay away at the first of the month as all the SSI shoppers are out ?.”

“This schnucks is pretty good. I used to work in the pharmacy and it was a good job. Kinda pisses me off that this one only has the small self checkout bagging area and there are never paper bags. If u ask for them at the reg check out line the baggers usually get visably annoyed. Oh well!!”
“Hey guys…I went to this Schnucks after school and I was just FAMISHED!! Two items I bought specifically moved me. I was just so excited when I saw the doughnut options. Tonight I ate a chocolate icing donut with sprinkles and it was just so good. But wait. I ate something else from this Schnucks that just made my night. A turkey leg. I had difficulties checking out, but that was me. I did it on my own. Anyway, I checked out and finally after a long class I came home and boy did that turkey leg hit!! It might’ve cost me my kneecap and 13 dollars, but it was so good. I was a rat. A rat in the apocalypse starved and that turkey leg was my cheese. I was absolutely carnivorous. Thank you Ladue Schnucks. I will remember this forever. (To Michael who was working check out. I did not get to experience your wonderful customer service but do trust I heard just how friendly you are. Maybe next time!)”
“This is my schnucks but sometimes I have to change they are so slow on having enough cashiers when needed on a Sunday you shouldn't just have one cashier because we can't use self-check unless you have 10 or less items”
“This is, by far, the best pharmacy I have ever encountered. I'm used to pharmacies that don't care about customers, fail to pick up the phone, and often have had issues with pharmacies that are unable to fill my prescriptions. Millbrook Pharmacy is different.
They have gone the extra mile in every single interaction I've had with them and truly have been an advocate for my care. They've gone above and beyond so many times, from calling my doctor's office to get a new prescription when my old pharmacy wouldn't pick up the phone, to regularly checking the availability of refills of a prescription (without reminders) during a drug shortage and offering ice packs for refrigerated medication. They're responsive, quick, and have the best customer service I've ever encountered in a pharmacy.
Their retail staff are also helpful and knowledgeable. I rarely write such positive reviews, but Millbrook Pharmacy is truly incredible. I strongly suggest them if you are in the area looking for a pharmacy.”

“My husband and I got my car serviced for new tires last month and the process was so smooth! The Costco mechanics were very friendly, easy to work with, and helpful! The tires were a great value and they even honored a price drop on our tires because we had purchased them just a few days before a promotion - so we saved an extra $90! The warranty for the tires is excellent and having a membership means you don't have to cover an installation fee, it doesn't get any better than that! Overall, we were very happy with our experience!”
“This establishment is completely professional. I was immediately greeted and they were on time with giving me my vaccinations. Every question I asked they were able to answer. I wanted to know if the vaccine was live vs inactivated and she answered for me also I asked to see the expiration she showed me the fresh bottle which was cold and kept to correct temperature. After the injection which was smooth and very clean administration, they imputed my information immediately into the state database which is really important and gave me immediate proof of vaccination. I will go here again for any pharmacy or vaccination needs. As a high level nurse 100% approve this place for any healthcare needs. Also a BOB”
“It's normally easy to get in and out quickly and using the app to pay is convenient. However, the last time I went the pump wasn't accepting any of my payment options saved in the app and there isn't a way to pay at the pump without a physical club member card. I had to go to a different gas station. Luckily, it was only a 2-cent difference.”

“I'm always shopping here for myself and through instacart the cashiers go through a rough time with ignorant customers but they do they job very well and remain calm the works there that stock help customers the best way they can and there was an employee by the name on Davonte today he over heard me looking for the Philadelphia cheese cake filling and stopped me and asked if I was still looking for it because he over heard the conversation I was having with another employee and he found it for me !! “This pharmacy is staffed consistently with caring people, exemplified by our pharmacist Brody. We pick up family members’ prescriptions here monthly, and before we even asked, he had checked to see if we had any other prescriptions ready. Likewise, one of the other pharmacists did a last-minute fill on a Sunday evening so that we wouldn’t have to make a special trip during the week. Pharmacies are busy, but despite the pace, the staff always give us smiles and answer our questions. I feel like they are paying attention to detail, too. This location is a little out of the way, but worth the trip. Update 3-22-25: another great experience at the U City CVS.”
